If he could trust God after losing so much, why can't I trust him in my little trials. And they are small compared to his! So many Christians have gone through much, much worst, and yet they kept going. It is nothing less than the grace of God that got us through Rebekah. And after experiencing His presence during that trial, it made it a little easier with each one of the others. But still, saying "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him." is the hardest thing I've ever done, but the best thing I've ever done outside of salvation. I know that God has a plan for my children. That God would use them all for his glory has been my prayer for each one and I've realized that sometimes that can mean to death. Oh it is hard! But I can't even describe the peace and joy that fills your heart in the midst of the worst tragedy when you put it all in his hands. I am no one special at all! I don't feel very spiritual! It is by Gods grace alone that we got through Rebekah's death and were able to give Wesley to God as we faced yet another nightmare. He does make it worth it all. I can honestly say that I've got no regrets for giving my children to God. He turned a tragedy into something so precious and beautiful! Only our Heavenly Father can do something like that! :):):). I admire you so much!Billie Sloanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10446497716121209535noreply@blogger.com
